So let me tell you a little about the movie
Jang Dong Su is the leader of the Zeus underworld gang. Accountable for a number of crimes including money laundering and distribution of illegal gambling machines around the country. He has many angry people. Even his close friend Sang Do can't be trusted, he always torments Dong Su with his greed for power. One night these two met and talked and Dong Su sent his boys and took the car alone. After a short distance, a vehicle that was following Piti almost hit his car. Since nothing much happened, the person in the car who followed Piti was allowed to go, but the man came after Piti and started stabbing him. The man runs away but Dong Soo is saved by the rope.
Tae Seok is a bit of a nerd but an honest police officer. He always gets involved with the Zeus gang where he can't wait for their wrongdoing. But because his boss supports the underworld gang leader, Tae Seok can't do much. And that's why killings have been happening in this area for a while. But none of this will be resolved because there is no evidence. But he understands that this is the work of a serial killer. But no one else will accept this because there is no evidence. That's when he gets to know that someone has stabbed the leader of the Zeus gang.
Kang Kyun Ho is not a man who stays in one place. He often changes his residence. He often goes here and there at night by car. The person who goes and hits someone's car and gets out of it is stabbed to death for no reason. But he will never leave any evidence. But the victim he caught one day was not a toy man. Due to the large size of the body, it is impossible to kill. Just like being stabbed, the man is also badly injured. Anyway, the man escapes from there.
That is the beginning of the story. So when a gang leader stabs someone, he doesn't just sit back and go to the police. But when an honest policeman finds out about this, he doesn't just stand there. So out of curiosity, I'll stop here.
